# Access · Approve developer

Promote a pending developer access request into the full program. Provide the `userId` that created the request (and optional `requestId`) to grant sandbox credentials and deliver onboarding emails.

Call this after reviewing submissions gathered via [`POST /access/requests/standard`](./access-requests).
