authorization_id and optional reason to surface display text back to the client. Downstream OAuth sessions immediately reflect the denial and callers receive standard OAuth error payloads.
Use this in tandem with /oauth/authorize/approve when you run a manual review pipeline or when a user withdraws consent via a customer-support interaction.
